The AC630-BD is a sensational instrument with the huge 17" Jumbo Body and all Solid Wood. The incredible Flame Maple back and sides are spectacular finished with a stunning High Gloss Nitrocellulose.
It is so articulate but huge with the Maple creating delightful clarity and punch. Eastman are well know for their incredible woods through out the instrument but only the highest end have such beautiful inlays.

The Japanese made Gotoh Tuners are a solid and highly reliable tuning machine.
A jumbo is always expected to deliver volume which this does in style. However, the Jumbo carries solid mids which are often lost in a Dreadnaught while retaining bottom end. The Maple Back and Sides keeps the clarity and adds presence to the bottom end.
Solid Maple of this quality is not easy to come by especially at the width needed for a 17" lower bout.
Maple is a hard and smooth wood which suites the Jumbo so well contributing a great deal to this guitar's tone.
Nitro is known to keep the tone of the wood and allow the instrument to 'breath'. Eastman have a superb finish with Nitro allowing a superb Gloss but not too thick to suppress the resonance.
Englemann Spruce carries warmer mid range than Sitka. Although very similar it is slightly creamier than Sitka.
