Combining exotic tonewoods with premium pickups and appointments, the limited-edition Rarities Collection creates a truly unique musical experience. The Rarities Quilt Maple Top Stratocaster features a two-piece roasted alder body with a quilt maple top and a solid rosewood neck. The Pure Vintage 65 single-coil Stratocaster pickups deliver a sweet, articulate voice.

As part of the American Original design, this is a Nitro Finish Body with a Solid, one piece Rosewood neck. The Walnut strip just looks stunning. It's also a vintage Radius, Truss Rod adjustment from body end and Pure Vintage '65 Pickups to give you the 60s feel that you would expect. It instantly feels comfortable with the neck edges being beautifully rolled and the Satin Rosewood is just incredible in the hand. The subtle Laser Etched Logo is perfect on the dark rosewood headstock.

The Fender Pure Vintage Single Line Machine Heads are a perfect fit for the Fender Rarities Strat. With vintage styling and excellent tuning stability these are a great set of Machine Heads.

The "60s C"-shaped neck profile is sculpted for a vintage-style playing feel, while the 9.5”-radius fingerboard and narrow-tall frets offer modern playability.

Pure Vintage Tuners with Laser Etched Logo in to the one piece Rosewood Neck.

PREMIUM PICKUPS ON GOLD ANODIZED PICKGUARD

Fender outfitted this guitar with our Pure Vintage 65 Stratocaster pickups. They have a bright, clear sound that helps to achieve that iconic Strat tone. Fabulous cleans through to cutting overdriven sounds..

The Gold Anodized pick guard putting a nod to the 001 Gilmour Strat.

GLOSS NITRO FINISH  

The gloss Nitro finish pairs beautifully with the quilted Maple top. Nitro is a very thin finish compared to Poly and allows the wood to breath, producing much more open sound and better sustain. It is also vintage accurate to a Strat of the 60's.

2 Piece Ash Body

A beautifully grained 2 Piece Roasted Ash Body, with Limited Edition Corona California Neck Plate and matching Gold Anodised Back Plate.

6-SCREW VINTAGE STYLE TREMELO BRIDGE

The vintage-style tremolo is essentially unchanged from the original Stratocaster bridge. It's very well made and allows you to add smooth vibrato into your playing.
