Please note this guitar is B-Stock. There is a small mark in the finish next to the 3-Way Switch and just below the tone knob, on the bottom of the body. There are also a few small marks on the headstock. Apart from this it's in perfect condition (Please see images at the bottomm of the page).

GOTOH SD90 AGED TUNERS

These Gotoh SD90 aged tuners are crafted to look aged and worn during Gotoh's own initial production stage and therefore the key internal components are not affected by this process and retain their full usability and durability.

NITROCELLULOSE LACQUER

The SB56/n-GD features a stunning lightly aged Nitro finish.

Nitro finishes age in a very different way to the modern Poly Finishes. They also resonate differently.

As nitro ages it cracks which is often from expanding and shrinking during change of temperature.

This guitar will continue to age as you play it and make it your own!

CARVED MAPLE TOP & ONE PIECE MAHOGANY BACK

Featuring a solid Carved Maple top this guitar and a one piece Mahogany body, this improves sustain and allows the guitar to fully resonate throughout.

LOLLAR CUSTOM AGED SOAP BAR P-90 PICKUPS

The SB56/n-GD features a Underwound Custom Aged Soap Bar P-90 in the Neck and Custom Aged Soap Bar P-90 in the Bridge position. This soap bar version is wound 5% less than the stock neck to produce equal volume between the neck and stock bridges while playing chords. It also helps you get slightly less bass from the neck position. The bridge pickup is scatter wound with de-gaussed Alnico 5 bar magnets, giving you a fat, clean tone with a smoother treble making it ideal for harder, driving rock with more grind. It sounds like an old P-90 rather than a new pickup with hard edges.

AGED GOTOH HARDWARE

Fitted with a Gotoh GE101A-NI Relic Tailpiece & Gotoh GE-104B-NI Relic Bridge to ensure that your guitar can be set-up and played to its best ability - whilst still keeping true to a 'Vintage Correct' look. The SB56/n-GD also features Ivoroid binding material, Pearl crown inlays and Gold Speed knobs.

EBONY FRETBOARD & HEADSTOCK CAP

The rich, dark colour of the Ebony fretboard beautifully compliments the Gold Nitro top on the SB56/n-GD. Ebony produces a slightly brighter tone compared to Rosewood which pairs nicely with the Lollar's to create a great bluesy tone that cuts through the mix.

The Ebony headstock cap is inlayed with a pearloid 'Eastman' Logo to finish off the look.

Also comes with Eastman 'Certificate of Authenticity'.
