The Ping Tuners are a good quality tuning machine built to last but also maintaining the sensible price point of the PCH.
The Dreadnought body size is much larger than most other guitars. They have a bolder, richer, and often louder tone. The shape is distinguished by its size and square shoulders and bottom.
Nitrocellulose finish breathes. It isn't air-tight or waterproof like Polyurethane is. That's why nitro is preferred. It allows the wood to evenly acclimate to changes and also looks beautiful with this type of Open Pore finish on the PCH1.
The Solid Spruce Top is excellent Quality and transfers the resonance beautifully from the Bone Saddle and Rosewood Bridge.
The Laminate stained Sapele just looks incredible. Sapele has a warm tone, similar to Mahogany.
Black Binding just sets it off perfectly especially with the slight white line on the Front. Very classy.
To avoid confusion the PCH1-D & OM Models do NOT come with pickups. However if you are looking for an electro acoustic, the PCH1-gace & gace classic are a great choice.
